Really bad service and unknowledgeable ticket staff. I came in the day prior to opening to ensure my epic pass was activated. They confirmed everything worked and I was good to go. We got there early on opening day to be in the front of the line, and then my pass didn’t work so I had to go spend 20 min in their office. Couldn’t do the first run of the season with my boys.
