The place itself may be beautiful, but I only recommend driving an off-road vehicle or taking an organized jeep tour. We had a rental car, and unfortunately, no one told us in advance that this was a "forbidden route" for passenger cars. We were fined by the rental company for entering the road, even though we didn't damage anything in the car. There should definitely be a sign prohibiting entry for passenger cars, or at least some kind of information board. Perhaps it was our oversight in the description of the place. So, I warn anyone planning to go there that access is only possible by off-road vehicle, and be sure to ask the rental companies about this route to avoid the unpleasantness we experienced. This applies to access from the Krujë direction.

Very beautiful even though the weather was overcast, but honestly, it was a real struggle to get up there, I wasn't expecting that!

Beautiful lake! But the hike to the top was very long; remember to wear sports shoes as you have to climb over rocks and then stairs.
