Very poor communication from the staff. They did not inform us that the online price and the counter price were different, which put us in a very uncomfortable situation. We only found out about the price difference afterwards. Staff should clearly explain the pricing to customers before taking payment to avoid confusion. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and the situation could have been handled much better.

Amazing spot which was destroyed by the horrific price charged to go up the gondola. $190 for two adults and one child is not good value. Someone is having a laugh and scalping people site seeing.
