Great place! The fact that the park is closed but SINAC shows it as open isn't the monument's fault. It's unfair to give the park a bad rating; the "bad rating" (if there is one) should go to SINAC.

I went and it was closed 🥲 Tickets weren't listed on the SINAC website, I checked and it said they had to be purchased at the physical location. It was too long a trip and I didn't get to visit. I'll come back soon, better informed.
