We started from the Gaflei Stuba parking lot. Parking there is free. The hiking trail is fantastic, and there are opportunities to refill your drinking water along the way. The view from the top was amazing.

Lovely hike to Alpspitze. Follow 994 - there are no signs for Alpspitze. We parked at the Gaflei parking lot.

We hiked up from the Gafflei parking lot via the easy, direct path, continued along the ridge for a bit, and then returned to the starting point in a gentle arc. A beautiful summit with great views!
