Horsetail Falls is a snow-fed split falls that cascades 300-ft over craggy rocks in a double stream of water along Keystone Canyon. It is so popular that there is a large pull-out area by the road to accomodate cars and tour buses. It is along the Richardson Highway, about 13 miles out of town. It is not far from Bridal Veil Falls, which is another pretty spot to visit.

Off road pull off for parking. Great falls. No fees. No trash cans or restroom access. Good for a short dog walk or leg stretch and to admire the views.

Beautiful twin falls that run down near the roadside. Bride Veil Falls is in close proximity to these falls. Those looking for a small day trip this part of the Valdez area is good for a waterfall trip. Parking is available on the side of the road.
