Of all the temples I saw in Laos, this was my favorite! Many temples are flashy and glittering, but this one is very chic and peaceful. The colors are faded but the color scheme is beautiful, and although I couldn't take pictures, the murals inside the main hall are amazing! The small Buddha statues arranged in the shape of a stupa are cute and stylish! The entrance fee is 30,000 kip.

This is another ancient temple, a landmark of the town, that is popular with visitors, but women are prohibited from entering the upper part of the main chapel.

In my opinion, the most beautiful temple complex in Vientiane.

The temple is characterized by its many Buddha statues, but they all look similar – quantity over quality. Compared to other temples, it has a lot of small Buddha statues, but it's not particularly noteworthy. The temple itself is small, and the surrounding area has been commercialized.
