About This Adventure Destination

Cameron Falls, tucked away in Alberta's Waterton Lakes National Park, offers a cascade of natural beauty that's hard to forget. Situated in the picturesque town of Waterton, this stunning waterfall is a geological marvel. The water flows over Pre-Cambrian rocks that are over a billion years old, providing a glimpse into Earth's ancient past and creating a shimmering spectacle. The unique feature of Cameron Falls is its occasional pink hue, a rare phenomenon caused by the presence of a particular type of algae under specific weather conditions.

Waterton Lakes National Park itself is a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its rich biodiversity and captivating landscapes. Beautiful small waterfall, very easy to reach and right next to a parkinglot with plenty of space. Nothing spectacular but beautiful to watch.
