Beautiful and quiet pitches in the forest. No electricity or water. Dump station available at the exit. The showers are at the entrance to the CG. We really liked it.

Grant Village is a really awesome little campground in Yellowstone. The facilities are better than the average park campground and the sites are relatively quiet. Grant Village is in a pretty good location, just a few steps from Yellowstone Lake. I’d beware of the fact that there is no cell service in this more secluded area of the park. But when it comes to Yellowstone, really awesome park, we did a three day stay and had an awesome experience. So much to see, the wildlife is amazing. We saw the most wildlife here by far. Definitely an easy add to the itinerary.

It is a very large shaded campsite located south of Yellowstone Park. The locations are very close to each other, but it's good for a rest after a day of visiting the park. The site is quiet however the showers are at the entrance so far from the location, 2 shower tickets are free per location, there are clean toilets in each Loop. A dump station is located at the exit of the campsite.

Grant is in a great location within Yellowstone. Campsites are basic but well laid out. Checking in was efficient despite large number of people in line. There a lot of rules and showers are limited to 2 per site per night. Not many amenities. Restaurant is sub par.

Unbelievably Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! Itinerary # 18529402 Our camping trip from September 6-8 turned into an absolute nightmare thanks to this incompetent and careless staff. After our first night, for reasons beyond comprehension, the staff decided our tent didn’t belong to anyone and removed it without notifying us! When we got back to our site at 9 PM, we found complete strangers occupying it—legally! The staff had given them our spot, even though we had paid for it. We were stranded, exhausted, with nowhere to go. After hours of searching for alternative places to stay, with everything fully booked, we had no choice but to sleep in our car. The next morning, when we confronted the reception, they had the audacity to say, “Well, you managed to sleep somewhere, so it’s fine.” Are you kidding me?! They refused to refund us for the night we couldn’t even use the site we paid for. And to make things worse, they lost our tent! Their only suggestion was to file an incident report and submit a receipt for the tent we rented (which cost us €300), but the employee gave us two email addresses to send it to, both of which were WRONG! Completely useless. Thankfully, I have some technical skills and could figure out the right address, but still—no response after an entire week. I’ve now called seven times, only to be passed from one department to another, with absolutely nobody willing to help or take responsibility. This is by far the most unprofessional and disrespectful service I’ve ever encountered. They completely ruined our trip, cost us money, and didn’t even care enough to make it right. Do yourself a favor—stay far, far away from this place. They don’t deserve your business.
