Fantastic hike up to Observation Point Trailhead for an elevated view of Old Faithful, connecting to the main path out to Morning Glory Pool. We were lucky to see Beehive Geyser, Riverside Geyser, and Grand Geyser blow! ​Pros: ​Great variety—quiet hill viewpoint followed by world-class geysers and colorful thermal pools. ​Paved and boardwalk paths past the hill section make walking easy. ​Cons / Warnings: ​Zero shade out in the basin. It gets hot very quickly under direct sun. ​Quick Tip: Pack extra water and wear sun gear—the walk all the way to Morning Glory Pool and back is longer and hotter than most expect.

One of Yellowstone’s most fascinating geothermal areas ♨️✨, with dozens of geysers of all shapes and sizes scattered throughout the basin. Steam rises everywhere, creating an almost otherworldly atmosphere 🌫️🏔️. The boardwalks can get wet and slippery, so be sure to watch your step and stay on the designated paths ⚠️👣. What makes this area so exciting is that some geysers can erupt with little warning. One moment everything seems calm, and the next a burst of steaming water shoots into the air 🌋💦.

Absolutely beautiful. We walked this trail to see the beautiful wonders. One of the most beautiful on the trail is Morning Glory Pool. It's worth the long walk to see this thermal feature.
