1.5-2 hour walk from the car park, with a great reward at the end. The path can get a bit muddy in spots, so make sure you have appropriate footwear. It’s flat enough, but some stairs throughout. The looping track also means you get a fresh view the whole time.

This is a very beautiful and diverse walk. From walking through forest to open vista's. We hiked to this along our way to the Tama lakes and it is a relatively easy way to start the hike and a nice place to stop off for a break and enjoy the scenery. You can walk underneath the waterfall and take some amazing photos. The water is very cold and I cannot say I would recommend swimming in the pool below the waterfall, in the winter at least.
