Thank you, York River State Park, for a lovely day-out with hubby... It was a beautiful day to go on a stroll through your lovely park while getting some vitamin-D for health and wellness. And, a great place for a Lil 'R&R of (Rest, relaxation, rejuvenation, revive, and refresh)... We rated your State Park 5-stars because it's everything nature...'A wildlife sanctuary, and the Discovery room of displayed animals and fossils was very informative. And, although there is a small $5 fee to enter, we appreciated every moment of it. Also, the emmities of outdoomi byr activities were exceptionally great. The biking/walking trails and Picnic Pavillions are absolutely amazing! 'Just in time for "National Park Week"... Thanks again, York River State Park, will deff come back again.

Very pleasant walk through the woods next to the lake. It's got a nice mix of easy gravel path with some more natural dirt paths as well.
