A bit of a workout, getting to the top of saddleback wind Trail, special with two dogs, but well worth the views

Great trail, well marked with amazing views at the top! My 11 year old and two dogs did great considering it was all uphill, no flat areas after crossing the stream at the beginning. Wear shies with good treads, the rocks can be slippery.

Raging stream to cross after days of rain but we managed with our dog. We are staying at Mount blue camp ground and they list it as 3-5 hours round trip hike. I don't think anyone who could actually do this hike would take that long. For us, in the rain, an hour and 40 min. We were very careful coming down because of how slippery it was. Didn't encounter anyone else, just beautiful.
