Great trail along the lake pretty much the entire time. A few restrooms. Great views. Room for bikers and hikers to share. Just know 7 miles is 7 miles and that the trail is fairly packed down (hard ground), so plan accordingly. A few challenging hills, but for grade/steepness, not tricky footing.

Rented kayak today for only $4 an hour. There's plenty of wildlife to observe. It was relaxing paddle.
