We came for brunch on a busy Saturday and the service was absolutely amazing. Skylar did a great job with service but also with helping us with the most amazing food selections. We then went into the tasting room and did a wine tasting with Ethan, who was also amazing. He was so knowledgeable and so much fun to chat with.

My wife and I celebrated yesterday our anniversary at Rayson Winery & Vineyards – Bistro Europa, and the entire experience was excellent. The restaurant has a beautiful, romantic atmosphere with incredible vineyard views—especially at sunset. My wife ordered the pan-seared Pork Ribeye with sweet potato mash, vegetables du jour, and Granny Smith apple chutney. I had the Duck Breast with mushroom and Parmesan haricots verts, creamy risotto, and pomegranate gastrique. Both dishes were beautifully presented and full of flavor. We paired our dinner with a bottle of Élevage Rouge, a smooth, balanced red blend that complemented both meals perfectly. Tracy was great and provided exceptional service throughout the evening. She was attentive, welcoming, knowledgeable, and helped make our anniversary celebration feel genuinely special. Between the excellent food, beautiful scenery, great wine, memorable service, and a dessert I’m still thinking about, Bistro Europa gave us an anniversary dinner worth remembering. I highly recommend it for a romantic date or special occasion.
