We showed up on Sunday at 7:15 and the parking lot already had minimal spots left. The trail was flat for 75% of the hike and the elevation gain was no problem for 2 pregnant women and an older gentleman with a bad knee. This is a great hike to do with family just get there before 7:30AM.

Easy hike to the two spires, one representing masculine energy and one representing feminine energy. The hike is not strenuous, but it does have some rocky parts neat the evd

This is a fun, short hike with some good views and a vortex. My supernatural abilities are not fully developed, so I didn’t necessarily feel anything in the vortex, but it was enjoyable to be there. And we were lucky enough to be there at a time local Robert was on top playing his flute.

Easy beautiful hike. Steps up at the end led up to Kachina Woman and beautiful views lots of crystals in the rocks and sense of awe at the surroundings

I wasn't too sure about the vortex amd the energy. However as soon as you get to the top and near the trees you feel the energy. I can't explain it but it feels great. This is the vista so only a 1.2 mile slight incline to the top. Easy to get there and well worth the experience.
