Absolutely amazing!!! Easy directions on getting to the location, Awesome reception at the visitor center. Everything was explained in detail. Our guides Gabi and Xena really knew their stuff! There was never a feeling of incompetence which made for spectacular experience! Gabi and Xena were so happy and full of energy I couldn’t help but have a great time. They really made an amazing Experience Even better! They made sure everyone was comfortable and all our needs were met. As awesome as they were, and they were awesome, The zip lines…just breathtaking! The trails between the zip lines that were lit up with lights, Absolutely magical! Everything was perfect, right down to our guides, stopping along the trail, giving us a little tidbits of information About the plants and wildlife around us. I can’t thank them enough for the off the charts great time!!!

What a great experience, we just went for our son’s birthday and everyone is incredible. Theresa at the front desk was so helpful from the very beginning. Our tour guides leap, and Ethan were incredible. Thank you guys for making this such an incredible experience for all of us especially our son. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this adventure for locals and visitors to the Asheville area.

We did the tree top mountain ziplining 2 days ago and I would highly recommend it!! The scenery is beautiful! So high up in the trees, it’s just stunning. The whole experience was wonderful, from booking, to communication prior to the scheduled time, to the instructions before actually zipping. I’ve zipped before, and this experience was so much better! I felt much more secure while zipping and I literally didn’t have to do anything, they do it all. All I had to do was step off the stool and lean back. They also have very large platforms to wait while other people zip. But most importantly, Riah and Cooper made the experience! They both were very seasoned, and knowledgeable; we felt comfortable and safe with them. They taught us about some of the trees and plant life on the short hikes between zips too(i think they were really rest breaks for us 😂). They made it fun though too, that was the best part! We will definitely be back to do it again!

We just recently went for my bachelorette trip and had an amazing time. We did the shorter treetop tour and it was wonderful! It was my first time zip lining and I would 10/10 recommend this place! Our tour guides Leap and Parker were awesome and made sure we were very safe the whole time. Leap got some great photos of our group! It was a great time, I highly recommend.

Thank you so much for making my mom’s surprise absolutely wonderful! We had the time of our lives! The guides Josie, Blue and Candace were outstanding! I cannot say enough wonderful things about them and their patience with my mom on the trails. That is a wonderful memory for all of us and we will be back!
