My husband and I took a belated birthday trip to your lovely cabin. Everything was superb from the furnishings to the location to the beautiful view. The beds were comfy. It was sparkling clean. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family and hope to return ourselves.

What a wonderful way to get the best of both worlds - luxury and solitude. Our cabin (#237), nestled at the top of the community, had everything we needed to feel at home. The bedrooms are conveniently situated on either side of the cabin with the kitchen and living room in the middle. The bathroom is in the back of the cabin, offering privacy away from the living space. Parking was convenient. The location is amazing. We were a short drive to numerous waterfalls, hikes, and fishing spots. There are plenty of food options at the bottom of the hill, as well a bike shop and outfitters store. We will definitely be back to stay and explore more of Brevard and the Pisgah Forest. I couldn't imagine a better place to stay.

We loved our stay. Great location. Beautiful view from deck. Nice and clean room. But Bathroom door does not lock. Shower pressure can’t be adjusted. Water coming out of the shower head is forcefully hitting you (Cabin 260).

Pilot Cove is the best place to stay if you're in the area for mountain biking! It's located at the entrance to Pisgah National Forest and a stones throw from DuPont State Park. There is an awesome coffee and donut truck called the Velvet cup outside the bike shop and tavern at the bottom of the hill. For being as close to town as you are, the cabins are positioned in the trees nicely so you get the feeling of seclusion with the convenience of modern amenities. Speaking of which, the washer/dryer in the mud room is a great one! Being able to change right out of your gear and wash everything after a long day on the trail was greatly appreciated. There left a little to be desired on the cleaning details between guests like crumbs and such, and the friendliness of the on-site caretaker that I had to contact due to some issues with the door lock. But, all in all, I can easily overlook these things because the place is super sweet for all the reasons I mentioned and more. I would gladly stay here again and easily recommend to friends and family! 🤙

Clean rooms. Great location. Do purchase the trip insurance and hope a natural disaster doesn’t hit the area before your stay is scheduled. We stayed at Pilot Cove for years. Beautiful facility . When Helene hit we wanted to reschedule to a much later date to give the community time to heal. That wasn’t allowed. So we ate the entire fee. We have supported the recovery via contributions and merchandise. Can’t wait till it’s time to come back. Just not staying there.
