WHO IT’S FOR

Grades PreK–12, tailored classroom sessions

Each outreach is a 30-minute program for up to 30 participants per session; if a class exceeds that limit an additional program fee applies. Operators limit outreach bookings to three programs per day at the same location.

COST & RANGE

Starts at $200 plus travel tiers

Pricing begins at $200 for the first program, with reduced rates for second and third programs when booked the same day and location; travel fees are tiered based on distance from the Downtown Aquarium and are not taxed.

What the day feels like

What the outreach feels like

An Aquarium educator arrives, sets a single table, and runs a compact, curriculum-focused 30-minute presentation that brings live animals and specimens into the classroom environment—delivering a direct, sensory connection to marine and terrestrial life designed to engage students without requiring a field trip.

Suitability

Who it's for

After-School Programs & LibrariesWell suited to community education settings that can host a 30-minute, table-based presentation indoors and accommodate the operator’s scheduling window.
3
Large Assemblies / Whole-School EventsNot ideal as a single outreach if attendee numbers exceed 30—additional programs must be booked (and incur separate fees) to serve larger groups.
4
Private ResidencesUnsuitable—outreaches are restricted to schools, churches, daycares, libraries, and community centers; private homes are not served.
