How do I book?
You can purchase tickets on our website or on the day at the door. Online booking fees do apply.
Do you have time slots?
Yes. Customers booking time slots online are prioritised ahead of visitors without bookings when it is exceptionally busy. You may arrive at any time during your booked time slot.
Is there a Fast Track option?
Yes. In Brighton during weekends and busier periods, a Premium Ticket option for £14.95 is available, offering priority entry and an exclusive Upside Down House souvenir.
How long is the experience?
The experience lasts 15–20 minutes; tickets can only be used once for up to 20 minutes and you cannot re-enter.
How do I redeem a Gift Certificate or special voucher?
Gift Certificates can be redeemed at the ticket office when you visit. Red Letter Day or similar vouchers must be redeemed in advance by emailing [email protected] with voucher number and visit details.
Can I get a refund or change dates?
Purchased tickets cannot be refunded for adverse weather, queues and other reasons outside our control. Ticket Protection is available for an additional fee; the team will try to rearrange dates in exceptional circumstances.
