How do I book?
You can purchase tickets on the operator’s website or on the day at the door; online booking fees apply.
Do you have time slots?
Yes. Customers booking time slots online are prioritised ahead of visitors without bookings when it is exceptionally busy. You may arrive at any time during your booked time slot.
How long is the experience?
Each ticket is valid for a single 15–20 minute session inside the attraction.
How do I redeem a Gift Certificate or Red Letter Day voucher?
Gift Certificates can be redeemed at the ticket office when you visit. Buy-a-Gift or Red Letter Day vouchers must be redeemed in advance by emailing [email protected] with voucher number, full name, phone number, email and preferred date and time.
Can I get a refund or change dates?
The team will try to rearrange dates for exceptional circumstances, but purchased tickets cannot be refunded for adverse weather, queues or other factors outside the operator’s control. Ticket Protection is available for an additional fee to allow refunds if you cancel before entry.
Is the house accessible?
The ground floor is part-accessible for wheelchairs via a temporary ramp, but the attraction’s two floors are separated by a spiral staircase with no lift or ramp alternative to the second floor.
Do children need supervision?
Yes. All children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times, and anyone running, grabbing or hanging from fittings will be asked to leave.
Are dogs or prams allowed inside?
No dogs or prams are allowed inside, except guide dogs or equivalent assistant dogs; prams may be left outside on the ticket office terrace but cannot be brought into the house.
