Frequently asked questions
Planning Your Outing
What is an Escape Room?
An Escape Room is a real life game where you and your friends work together to solve puzzles, open locks and get out of the room.
Is this something like a haunted house?
While similar in using a themed room, escape rooms are about interaction and puzzle solving rather than scaring spectators; in an escape room you interact with the room, in a haunted house the room interacts with you.
What happens if we cannot solve the puzzles?
The game master can help if you have difficulties; they monitor your progress via cameras and provide assistance as needed.
Will there be other people in the room with us?
No — when you book you get the room exclusively for your group; there will be no strangers in the room.
Is there an ATM nearby?
Yes — the nearest ATM is located just around the corner.
What happens if I am late?
Arrive 15 minutes before the game starts; if you are more than 10 minutes late your group’s time may be reduced and play cannot be guaranteed.
Can I add people to my booking after it's confirmed?
Yes — extra people (up to the room’s maximum capacity) may be added and can pay on arrival.
Do you issue refunds?
Refunds are not issued, but the operator will do their best to reschedule your experience if you call up to 24 hours in advance.
Can I be refused entry?
The operator reserves the right to refuse entry to any intoxicated or aggressive person; you can also be removed from the room for offensive behaviour or damage to the premises.
Can children play?
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (at least one adult player per room). If participating kids are younger than 12, at least one adult per child is required. The recommended age is 12+, though younger kids can participate with adults.
