Bring a water bottle, sunscreen and clothing you don’t mind getting dirty; long pants are recommended and closed‑toe shoes are mandatory. If you have allergies, bring any necessary medication for dusty conditions.
The operator provides helmets, goggles, face masks, water and light snacks, plus a safety talk, demonstration and practice time before the tour.
All drivers must present a valid driver’s license; drivers must be at least 18 (16–17 may drive only when accompanied by an adult passenger with a valid license). Vehicle weight recommendations and optional damage insurance apply—drivers are responsible for vehicular damage.

What age and license requirements are there for drivers?
All drivers must present a valid driver’s license. Drivers must be at least 18 years old; 16‑ and 17‑year‑old drivers may operate only when accompanied by an adult passenger with a valid driver’s license.
Is safety equipment provided?
Yes—helmets, goggles and face masks are provided, and a safety talk, demonstration and practice period are included before the tour departs.
What should I wear and bring?

Pregnant guests and anyone with heart, neck or back problems or recent joint replacement surgeries are not allowed to participate. There are also vehicle weight recommendations and safety rules that must be followed.
Are car seats or booster seats provided for small children?
No—children who require a car seat or booster in a highway vehicle must bring an appropriate child restraint for the OHV; the operator does not provide child seats or booster seats.

In addition to the bison herd, guests may see horses, alpaca, llama, elk, deer, antelope, grouse, eagles and other wildlife while sharing the landscape.
