Available rental durations are 2 hours, 4 hours, 5 hours and 6 hours; scheduled pickup times run Tuesday–Saturday at 10:00am & 12:00pm, Sunday at 11:00am and by request. The tour time begins when you exit base camp.
Check‑in and vehicle pickup are at the operator’s base camp at 21016 S. Las Vegas Blvd., approximately 30 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip; arrive at your scheduled pickup time for check‑in. Shuttle pickup is not available for standard self‑guided rentals unless prearranged for a special event (a small fee applies).
Bring plenty of water, food and snacks, sun/cold protection (umbrella, layers, blankets), a phone charger and any personal items you need; note that ice and coolers are unavailable at base camp. Download the Polaris Ride Command app on iOS or Android prior to arrival to aid navigation.
Drivers must present a valid driver’s license and a credit card hold for the reduced temporary damage deductible: $1,500 for a two‑seater and $3,000 for a four‑seat vehicle; SELECT members have premium damage deductible coverage that limits out‑of‑pocket exposure to $1,500. A $150 recovery fee applies if the vehicle is left abandoned.
