Who is allowed to drive the UTV?

Drivers must be 18 years of age or older; riders of all ages may ride as passengers.

Where and when do I check in?

The meeting location is 6851 East 1st Street, Prescott Valley, Arizona 86314; the rental runs from 9AM the first day until 5PM the second day.

What happens if I don’t refuel before returning the vehicle?

If you do not refuel there will be a $25 surcharge per vehicle charged to your card on file.

What financial hold or deductible should I expect at check-in?

A $2500 hold will be taken at time of check-out and applied to the deductible should any damages occur.

How does insurance and deductibles work?

The mandatory insurance fee covers the vehicle only with a $3500 deductible; if there is frame damage the deductible increases to $7000. All deductible amounts are required at check-in.

What if a vehicle is damaged and taken out of service?

If the vehicle is out of service due to damage, the operator reserves the right to charge an 'out of use fee' equal to half the daily rate for up to 14 days.

Can I get the exact vehicle I reserved?

The operator reserves the right to substitute similar or better vehicles for your reservation when unscheduled maintenance or safety concerns require removal of a vehicle.
