How old do I need to be to join the tour?

Riders must be at least 14 years old. Riders under 18 must have a parent or guardian present at check-in to sign the waiver.

Do I need prior e-bike experience?

No prior e-bike experience is required, but you should be comfortable riding a regular bicycle; a quick orientation and safety briefing are provided before the tour.

What’s included in the tour?

The tour includes an electric bike, helmet, and a guided experience led by a knowledgeable local guide, along with a safety and operation walkthrough.

How does the security deposit work?

A $200 refundable security deposit is held on your credit/debit card at check-in and released within 2–3 business days after the tour, assuming no damage to equipment.

What happens if I arrive late?

Tours depart on time. Late arrivals may miss the tour and may not be eligible for a refund; arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete check-in and the waiver.

Routes vary depending on conditions, but your guide will lead you through scenic roads, viewpoints, and local highlights while avoiding restricted or unsafe areas.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If severe weather is expected, the operator will work with you to reschedule or provide a credit for a future date for safety reasons.

Riders are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence; the team will review proper handling before the ride to help prevent issues.
