How long can I rent the MTB Medium?

Rental durations run from 7 up to 30 days; the rental period counts from 00:00 on your start day until 23:59 on the final day.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes. A mandatory €200 deposit is required; you can pay the deposit up to 10 days before the rental to avoid a large immediate payment.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel 30 days before the reservation you receive a 100% refund; cancellations between 30 and 15 days receive a 50% refund; cancellations later than that are not refundable.

What does the included assistance/insurance cover?

Assistance via Europ Assistance includes medical expenses up to €3,000, sanitary transfer and repatriation guarantees, search and rescue up to €15,000, luggage recovery and other assistance services with specified limits and conditions.

Where do I return the bike in Santiago?

Bicycles should be returned at the Hospedería San Martín Pinario in Santiago; if you do not finish in Santiago, €60 will be deducted from your deposit to cover collection and transport back to the operator's warehouses.
