Operator delivery and collection are available at the meeting point in front of Hotel Astória or at hotels in the city center; additional services include guided rides, bike‑friendly programs and a taxi‑bike pick‑up/drop‑off option to move you and your bike as needed.

Electric assistance is offered on the GIANT e‑bike whose battery is noted as CO2‑neutral in production; helmets, locks and basic tool kits are included, and saddlebags are available for rent to support longer or luggage‑bearing rides.

Each rental requires a cash deposit paid at pickup: €150 for regular bikes and €200 for e‑bikes. Delivery and collection can be arranged at the Hotel Astória meeting point or at hotels in the city center.
Saddlebags are available to rent; guide services and bike‑friendly programs can be booked in addition to self‑guided rentals. A taxi‑bike service for moving you and your bike is also offered.
