Insurance covers mechanical damages caused during your rental; it does not cover damage to the bike frame, lost or stolen battery keys, or damages from negligence.

What happens if I damage the bike?

If you purchased insurance, mechanical damages will be covered; otherwise you will be responsible for repair costs.

What happens if I'm late returning the bike?

You are charged only for the extra hour(s) your party rides; late fees apply only if you are late past closing time.

Is there parking at the meeting location?

Yes—there is street parking and parking lots available for $2.50 per hour.

Is there a weight limit for the bikes?

A 250 lb recommended weight limit is indicated.

How much does insurance cost?

Insurance pricing is: $3 for one bike, $5 for two or three bikes, and $10 for four or more bikes.
