Rude Owner, Berserk Horses, Sent us to HOSPITAL. While we were on our ride Natalia was overly rude to all 9 of our family members on the whole trip, When she was not being rude she was on her phone talking to the world. At one point one of the horses went berserk throwing one of our family to the ground and the horse then fell on her. We had to drive ourselves as Natalia would not help us with our critically injured family member. She promised a full refund which we never received. She also drugs her horses before your ride so they remain calm but ran out of drugs on our ride. Worst experience in bout our family's lives. If value your loved ones NEVER go here.. stay far far away.

I took my 13 year old daughter for a 2 hour private riding tour. Neither of us has much riding experience and we had a fantastic time. The horses were friendly and easy to handle. They looked happy and well taken care of. Travis guided us on the trail and was very easy going and knowledgeable. Would recommend for a small group as Travis is able to help as needed with ease.

Scammed!!! They won't return calls, and took our money, on our honeymoon!! I didn't heed the warnings from reviews. I have lost 220$. The business refuses to refund us our money. We booked online, when it said they were available, they called us up later in the day and said they weren't available for rides, but that we were still being charged for the time. We were told to show up the next day. ( we were only in town for the day we booked) and if we wanted our money we would have to write them a letter explaining why we cancelled. (We didn't!! They cancelled on us!!) not only that, but when I asked for clarification, the woman hung up on me and my husband! I realize we are not the only people they did this to. We will be forced to take them to court to resolve this. They won't get away with this!!
