The boat renter/driver must be 25 years of age or older. Any operator born after Jan 1, 1982 must hold a NASBLA-approved boating safety certificate.
Bring sunscreen, snacks, beverages and ice; the operator provides lifejackets and safety equipment but portable restrooms are on-site and there is no changing area onshore.
No tubing or waterskiing (insurance prohibits it), no pets, no stoves or grills on pontoon boats, rental rates exclude tax, and the driver may not consume alcohol.
Late returns beyond a 10-minute grace period incur a $250 fee charged to the card on file; cleaning fees of $40–$80 may apply for excessively dirty returns. If weather forces an early return, time reverts to the closest rental segment with pro-rated additional hours.
