Bouyancy aids are included with all hired craft; QR waist belts are provided and must be worn when paddle boarding. Wetsuits are available to hire for an additional cost of £6.

Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult. Ages 5–15 can paddle on their own craft only when accompanied by an adult (one adult per child). Ages 16+ can paddle independently (with an adult on the bank).

Only one craft per one person is allowed; swapping is not permitted.
