Who must take the watercraft rental course?
Anyone 21 years or older who wants to rent and/or operate the pontoons and does not already possess a valid watercraft operator’s permit must complete the mandatory rental course.
How long is my rental certification valid?
The certification you receive after completing the course is valid for 180 days.
Can I bring my pet on the pontoon?
No—pets are not allowed; the only exception is registered service animals with proper paperwork. Unauthorized pets incur fines and cleaning charges.
Is the operator allowed to drink alcohol?
No. The operator of the watercraft is not allowed to consume alcohol; violations will end the rental immediately with no refund.
What happens if I damage the boat or return it dirty?
