Standard check-out hours are Monday–Saturday 08:00–16:00, Sunday and select holidays 09:00–16:00; plan to arrive early and allow 20–30 minutes for paperwork and the mandatory on-water demonstration.
Life jackets and lake charts (for Muskoka Lake, Rosseau and Lake Joseph) are provided; fuel is not included in the rental rate.
If you don’t have a boater’s license, a temporary license can be issued for the rental period; all drivers must complete an on-water demonstration before departure.
Lessee must be 25 years or older and present a driver’s license; a pre-authorization hold for damages between $1,500 and $4,000 will be placed on a valid card.
