You’ll begin with orientation to whitewater kayaks and equipment, progress through pond drills—including safely exiting an upside‑down boat and core strokes—and move onto moving water to learn eddy turns, peel outs and ferries before running a multi‑mile Class I–II stretch on day two.

Daily hours run from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM for each of the two clinic days.
Wear quick‑dry synthetics; bring sunscreen, sunglasses with strap, nose plugs, towel, required medications and extra money for snacks or souvenirs. Wetsuits, paddles, PFDs, helmets, sprayskirts, paddle jackets and booties are provided.
Price includes all equipment, instruction, a catered picnic‑style lunch and transportation from the operator’s base to and from paddling sites.
Operator provides a catered picnic lunch and requests that you inform them of food allergies; they do not use nuts but cannot guarantee absence of traces—bring your own packed lunch if you have special dietary needs and notify the office.
