The cruise departs from 113 Harbor Way (on the dock in front of the Santa Barbara Maritime Museum). Arrive early: check-in requires queuing at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure.

Do not bring high heels, pets (only ADA-compliant service animals are allowed), outside alcohol, cigarettes or vaping devices, or strollers/wagons. Outside beverages are not permitted; a full-service bar and light snacks are available for purchase onboard.
Because of ramps, stairs and thresholds, the boats do not accommodate wheelchairs or mobility-assistance devices. All guests must be able to board and walk independently using unassisted steps.
