Cancellations within 24 hours of the sail result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

Missed sail departures or passenger misconduct resulting in an early return are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
What if weather shortens the sail?
If weather shortens a sail and less than one hour has passed, you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a partial refund.
What if Clearwater cancels the sail?
When Clearwater cancels, you will be offered a rescheduled sail, a gift certificate, or a refund upon request (ticketing fees are non‑refundable).
