The operator will issue a full credit or refund if PCO cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
What happens if I no‑show or arrive late?
No-shows are charged the full price. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.
Is the operation weather-dependent?
Pine Creek Outfitters runs rain or shine and notes that there is no bad weather, only bad gear; however the operator reserves the right to cancel events for weather or other reasons and will provide credit or refund in that case.
