What is included in your tours?

In any tour, high quality safety equipment, licenses, insurance, qualified guides. Photos and videos from the trip are included only in the Coasteering and Canyoning tours.

What’s the difference between Canyoning Experience and Canyoning Adventure?

The Canyoning Experience is a 3-hour tour, it's a very easy-going tour for all ages and guarantees pure fun! It's the perfect tour for people who want to experience what canyoning is all about and to get out of your comfort zone! The Canyoning Adventure is a 5-hour tour, with bigger waterfalls, including more walking in the canyon. It is an excellent tour for those who look for a safe challenge and an extra shot of adrenaline.

What if I don’t feel comfortable to do the jumps?

The jumps are not mandatory and there are always alternatives, like putting a rope to rappel down.

I don’t know how to swim. Can I do a Canyoning / Coasteering tour?

Swimming ability is recommended but not required. Please advise your guide if you can’t swim, so he can manage the tour accordingly.

I don’t have a car. Can you pick me up?

It’s possible to provide a transfer service in Ponta Delgada, with an extra fee according to our availability.

Can we bring medication during the tour?

If you have any kind of medical condition that we should be aware of, please inform the guides about it. If you need to use your medication during the tour (such as asthma inhalers), you can give them to our guides. They will keep it safe in waterproof bags and make it available for you in case you need it.
