Bring a swimming costume, an old t‑shirt and shorts to wear over the wetsuit, solid grippy footwear (old trainers or walking shoes), a change of clothes and a towel — plus a sense of adventure.
Avoid crocs, sandals or aqua‑style shoes; solid trainers or walking boots that fit well are recommended. Wear an old t‑shirt and shorts/leggings over the wetsuit to reduce wear.
The session includes a full‑body 4mm wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet, harness where needed, and an experienced instructor; photography is taken by the instructor when safe and shared after the activity.
