The circuit is built around active movement on the shore: bouldering, short climbs, deliberate jumps and swimming sections that connect otherwise inaccessible ledges and coves.

THE PRACTICALS

All core kit provided; pack a few essentials

Operators supply wetsuits, helmets, buoyancy aids, gloves and over-shorts; participants are asked to bring swimwear, a towel and long socks, and to consider old trainers for the shore approach.

What the day feels like

What the Grand Tour Feels Like

Expect a concise, kinetic coastal itinerary: small-group movement along the lower shore that alternates clambering over rock, controlled jumps into clear pockets of sea and short swims between ledges, all overseen by guide teams who lead route decisions and frame the local geology and wildlife.
