Six personal stills — a hands-on distilling bench
The Gin School operates six stills, each capable of producing a single 700ml bottle, so the session is scaled to a very personal level: book one still for yourself or share the process with a friend.
Bottle, label and a recipe on file
At the end of the session you decant, label and wax your own 700ml bottle to take home; the distillery keeps a record of your unique recipe so it can be recreated on request.
Refreshments and a visitor offer
Sessions include complimentary G&Ts during the workshop, and all Gin School guests receive a 10% discount on purchases made during their visit.
What the day feels like
What the two hours feel like
The workshop unfolds as a tight, guided sequence: choose botanicals and compose a recipe, run a personal distillation on one of the stills, then decant, label and wax a 700ml bottle to take away. Along the way instructors demonstrate the processes of gin distilling and you’ll sample G&Ts provided by the distillery.
