What happens if there isn't enough snow?
If there is insufficient snow or unsafe conditions, the operator may switch to dog-powered wheeled carts or ATVs for the scheduled tours at a partially refunded rate; if neither sleds nor ATVs can be run, the tour will be cancelled.
Are there group-size limits or extra fees?
Each sled holds a maximum of two guests; large groups can be accommodated with advance notice by blocking multiple back-to-back hour slots. An 18% auto-gratuity is applied to groups of five or more.
