THE LANDSCAPE

An authentic ecological finca in a protected landscape

The visit takes place on a 100% ecological family finca located in a Zona de Especial Protección para las Aves, where permaculture beds, olive trees and open terraces frame views of the island’s volcanic silhouette.

THE TASTE

A premium degustation of local, handcrafted products

The Aloe & Olivo Premium option includes a full tasting of island products made with ecological ingredients and traditional recipes: seasoned island tomatoes with organic olive oil, artisan goat cheese, gofio, house breads, two olive-oil varieties, a Canary wine and papas arrugadas with family mojo.

THE HANDS-ON

Workshops, rescued animals and a take-home aloe

Beyond the tour, you’ll extract and learn to treat aloe pulp in a craft workshop, meet rescued animals such as the burro majorero, and leave with your own aloe plant or a product from the finca’s ecological shop.
