Each field trip is scheduled for 2 hours. Hayrides with the farm activity last about 45–50 minutes; hayrides must depart within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled start. Groups may arrive 5–10 minutes before the start time.
Field trips begin at set start times (9:00, 10:00, 11:30, 12:30, 2:00, 3:00, 4:30, 5:30), with additional 8:30 and 11:00 AM times available May–October. Exact availability is shown during booking.
Groups may bring their own lunches and non‑alcoholic refreshments; the reserved tent includes refrigerator and freezer access. Tents and hayride wagons are covered for rain‑or‑shine events within reason.
No deposit is required; final pricing is based on day‑of attendance and is paid at the farm. Student rate is $15 each (minimum 15 participants or $225), chaperones $8 each, and chaperones who take part in the activity are charged the student price.
Headcount is taken on the day of the visit and includes all students and chaperones. Groups must vacate the reserved area at the end of the timeslot and are responsible for cleanup; failure to clean up or vacate on time may result in a $50 fee.
