What a Day at Andrews Farm Feels Like
A visit is deliberately unhurried: groups arrive at a set start time for a welcome and orientation, then disperse across fields and attractions for self‑guided exploration. Children move from picking rows to animal pens and tractor rides, break for a packed lunch in a private group space, and return to open‑air play — all framed as an educational day outdoors, rain or shine.

A private lunch space is provided for each group. If you plan to eat on the farm, bring a litter‑less lunch — any waste should be compostable; avoid plastic.
Please arrive at the farm at your designated field trip start time so staff can welcome and orient your group. You are welcome to stay for the day to explore additional attractions.

How do we book a Field Trip?
Check the calendar for availability, select your date and arrival time, complete the booking form with your group details, and submit the deposit online to confirm.
What is the minimum group size?
Field trips cover a minimum of 20 students; a $300 non‑refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking and covers the minimum attendance and supervisors.
What are the costs and deposit policy?
Field trips are billed at $14 per person plus HST ($15.82 total). A $300 non‑refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking.
What adult supervision is required?
A minimum 1:5 adult‑to‑child ratio is required; one adult is free for every five children.
What is the weather and cancellation policy?
Farm experiences run rain or shine and field trips will not be rescheduled due to inclement weather. If you are unable to attend for other reasons, contact the farm to discuss options subject to calendar availability.
When is final payment due?
The Events Coordinator will confirm numbers and issue an invoice prior to the trip; full invoice payment is required in advance or when arriving at the farm. Additional students and supervisors will be billed upon arrival.
Are refunds available if fewer people attend than planned?
No refunds will be issued if fewer people attend on the day of the booking than were originally planned.
