Alcohol is limited to beer only (no glass bottles, no hard liquor, no wine). No firearms or illegal drugs of any kind are permitted on board; offenses will be reported to the Coast Guard. If a passenger is determined by the captain to be intoxicated, the boat will return to the dock without refund.
