What is the cancellation policy for bad weather?
Cancellations due to inclement weather are refundable only when the activity is suspended by port authorities. If the port remains open and the operator runs the activity, a customer‑initiated cancellation for perceived bad weather is treated as voluntary and is not refundable.

No — the use of electronic devices (cellphones, cameras, GoPros, drones) is strictly prohibited; customers will be required to check in these items.
