How far in advance can I change my return pick‑up time?
You can change your requested return pick‑up time up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick‑up date.
Are there refunds if the tickets have already been processed and emailed?
No—once tickets have been processed and sent to the email on the reservation they cannot be refunded; the tickets are live and hold a cash value.
Do infants need a ticket or seat on the transfer?
Infants aged 0–2 enter the park free but must have a reserved seat in the transfer vehicle; infants are not permitted to ride in an adult’s lap on the shuttle.
What happens if I don't select a morning pick‑up time?
You must select either the 08:00am or 09:30am hotel pick‑up time; the 08:00am option is the default if no choice is made.
