The field trip reserves FunFlatables' spaces for your group only: private play in the inflatables arenas for the duration and full access to celebration areas that seat approximately 250 guests. The base package covers up to 40 kids; additional children can be added at a per-child rate.
Included Setup, Cleanup, and Basic Party Supplies
Hosts receive paper plates, cups, napkins and utensils and the facility takes care of all cleanup. Outside food and drinks are permitted; optional pizza and drinks can be arranged through FunFlatables with advance notice.
Waivers, Supervision and Safety
All minors under 18 — including infants — must have signed liability waivers to enter. Parents or guardians must supervise minors, socks are required for sanitary reasons, and rules against alcohol, drugs and inappropriate behavior are strictly enforced to preserve a family-friendly environment.

How many children does the base field trip package cover?
The base package includes up to 40 kids; each additional child over 40 is charged $12. All persons under 18 in attendance are counted regardless of participation; adults and non-walking infants are not charged.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy?
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required and applied to your invoice. If cancelled with 24+ hours notice, the deposit is transferable with no expiration toward a future field trip booking. Deposits cannot be applied to Open Play.
When is final payment due and what forms are accepted?
Final payment is due upon arrival and may be made by cash, credit card, or a 'business' check (personal checks are not accepted). Invoice adjustments must be settled 30 minutes prior to the field trip end time.
Are liability waivers required?
Yes. Signed liability waivers are required for all minors under 18, including infants, for anyone to enter FunFlatables.
What are the scheduling rules and late fees?
Arrival should be no earlier than 10 minutes before the scheduled start. Field trips must end promptly; courtesy reminders are given 30 minutes and 5 minutes before end time. A $30 fee is applied for every 15 minutes past the scheduled end time.
Can we bring food or order pizza through FunFlatables?
Outside food and drinks are allowed. Pizza and drinks may be purchased through FunFlatables, but pizza orders must be placed at least 48 hours before the field trip date.
Are field trip bookings valid on weekends or for birthday parties?
No. The field trip package is valid Monday through Friday only and is not valid for birthday parties, holidays, special events, or weekends.
